Booking terms & Worth knowing
- Our rates are per apartment, exkl. local tax and final cleaning
- Local tax: € 2,20 per person/day from 15 years
- Final cleaning: € 75,-
- We provide bed linen, dish towels and towels
- Change of towels on request
- Pets are not allowed in our apartment
- Rooms are available up until 09.00 hrs on your day of departure: at the same time, we ask for your understanding that, as a rule, rooms may not be occupied before 15.00 hrs on the day of arrival
- An accommodation contract is only valid once a deposit of 40% has been received per credit card and a booking confirmation sent.
- Earlier departure: we reserve the right to charge the full daily rate
- If your arrival is after 20.00 hrs, please inform us by phone or email
- Deposit of € 150,- on the day of your arrival, it will be refunded to you at your departure according to our house rules
- Please pay the bill on the day of your arrival
- Price reduction for children: up to 2 years free of charge
- All bookings are governed by the Austrian hotel booking terms
